MY ORDER
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order until 24 hours after the payment is confirmed, this is the time it takes for us to prepare your package and send it to the transport company.
MY ORDER HAS ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED BUT I DON’T WANT IT ANYMORE. WHAT CAN I DO?
You can refuse to receive the package upon delivery so it will be shipped back to us!
Once you refuse it, send us a message so we can provide you with the refund or reshipment of another item.
I ACCIDENTALY ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS. WHAT CAN I DO?
You can email us at support@theninjabeauty.com and ask our Customer Happiness Personnel to change it for you right away .
We can only change your address within 24 hours after your purchase .
MY DISCOUNT CODE DIDN’T WORK. HOW CAN I CORRECT THIS?
Some codes only work once per customer , so be sure you are not trying to use the same code twice.

It will depend on the items you've purchased .
Our products are handcrafted by different craftsmen on different parts of the world. That means you may receive the items on different packages .
I RECEIVED ONLY ONE ITEM OF MY ORDER. WHEN WILL THE OTHER/S ARRIVE?
When your order is shipped , you will receive the tracking number on the email address provided within 2 days .
In case your items are being shipped on different packages , you will receive more than one tracking number ./p>

We ship most of our products worldwide . However , some specific items cannot be shipped to some countries because there’s no shipping solution from our craftsmen’s location .

RETURN AND REFUND
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
We’re bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition. 1. Please contact Customer Service by submitting a ticket on our site, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. We will get back to you within 24 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated. 2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing. 3. Drop off your package at the local post office. 4. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to your payment account in advance. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email. If your product is defective or doesn't work properly, let us know and we'll send you a replacement one. Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled. .
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
If you paid using a credit card, it can take up to 30 days for you to receive your credit, depending on your issuing bank.
